Conditions for Order Cancellation

  • Within 48 Hours and Unshipped: You may directly cancel your order free of charge if the request is made within 48 hours of order placement and the items have not yet been dispatched for shipment.

  • Cancellation Fee: There is no cancellation fee ($0) for orders canceled under eligible conditions.

  • Beyond 48 Hours or Shipped: Orders that have exceeded 48 hours from purchase or have already been dispatched cannot be intercepted or canceled directly. Once your package is delivered, you may contact us to initiate a return and refund. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further instructions.

Order Cancellation Process

  • Submit Request: Contact our customer service team via email at support@garolorelia.com or by phone at +81 3-6438-5120 to request a cancellation. Please include your order number, proof of payment, and relevant details.
  • Review and Confirmation: Our customer service team will promptly process your request. Once verified and approved, we will immediately notify you of the outcome and initiate your refund.

Refund Details

  • Refund Method: Once the cancellation is confirmed, a full refund (including the purchase price and standard shipping fees paid at checkout) will be returned directly to the original bank card account (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) used for payment.

  • Processing Time: Depending on the processing speed of your financial institution, funds are expected to reflect in your account within 1 to 5 business days. If the refund does not appear after 5 business days, please contact us for immediate resolution.

Address Modifications Before Shipment

If you only need to modify your shipping address rather than cancel your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours and prior to product dispatch. Once an order is in transit, shipping details cannot be altered, and delivery must proceed to the original address provided.

Cancellations Initiated by Us

In rare and unforeseen circumstances (such as unforeseen stock discrepancies or logistics limitations), we reserve the right to cancel an order. In such events, we will notify you immediately via email and issue an immediate 100% full refund to your original payment method.

Cancellation Confirmation Records

Upon successful cancellation, an official confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please retain this confirmation for your records until your bank card statement reflects the credit.
